Twenty years in sales. Licensed in Texas since 2017. Negotiation is my specialty, and honestly, it's the part of the job I like most.
I built LS Realty and the systems behind it myself, so my clients get straight answers fast, without a corporate script in the middle. When you hire me, you get me: my phone, my systems, my negotiating.

Do I need my own agent to buy a new build?
The builder's sales office represents the builder. With your own agent, somebody on your side compares plans and lots, pushes incentives toward what helps you, and gets them written into the contract.
What's a BPO?
A broker price opinion. It's a price I build from recent closed sales near your home, not an online auto-estimate. It comes with a sheet showing what you'd walk away with after your payoff. More on BPOs.
