Your information, plainly.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, phone, email, property address and your answers (for example, your timeline or budget), plus the agent you picked, if any.
• Client portal and team sign-in: your email, a one-time code we send you, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on that device. If you tick "keep me signed in," that device stays signed in for up to 30 days.
• Messages in the client portal: what you and your LS Realty team write there, with dates and times.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type. Sign-in records keep a shortened version of the IP address.

How we use it

• To answer your request and work on your purchase, sale or lease.
• To contact you by call, text or email when you've agreed to that on a form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us and we'll stop.
• To keep the portal and back office secure (sign-in codes, device lists, activity history).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
• We don't put advertising trackers on this site.

Who sees it

Larry Simms (Broker) and the LS Realty agent working with you. When your transaction needs it, the people on your deal, such as the other agent, lender, title company or inspector, get what they need for that transaction. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Where it's kept

On Cloudflare's servers in a database only LS Realty can access. Private uploads stay in private storage and are never public. We keep records as long as we need them for your transaction and as Texas real estate record-keeping rules require.

Automated assistant (Iris)

In the client portal, Iris answers simple date and status questions only from records on your own deal, and says where each answer came from. Anything else goes to a person. Please don't send bank or wiring details through the portal; LS Realty will never email you wiring instructions.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you: text or call 512-661-9216 or email [email protected]. Some records must be kept for legal reasons; we'll tell you if that applies.
